The World Wide Web is truly amazing. Thousands upons thousands of computers hooked together, sharing information. It is indeed a librarian's dream — or nightmare! With so many sources of information, who do you trust? The tangled Web is full of snares waiting to entrap the unsuspecting.

Then there are those site operators that mean well, but they just get the information wrong. Afterall, many teenagers own Web sites, and contrary to their belief, they don't know everything. Since I certainly don't know everything, I really appreciate having the Web to turn to as a reference source of information. Isn't that the jist of our whole educational process? To show us how to learn, not what to learn?
